If I could put 0 stars - I would. My parcel has went missing and they’re making me pay for it. Wouldn’t help me whatsoever. Absolute disgrace. Company said they’ve proof of delivery - so Klarna believes them, and not me. I asked them to provide me with these delivery details and tracking - but they said they can’t. I have no idea what company delivered my parcel - as I’ve not go email or tracking sent. I’ve reached out to skin pop multiple times now - but theyve been completely unresponsive. How is this even allowed to happen. Klarna couldn’t care less. I’m horrified as a customer with how I’ve been treated. Use your cried card guys - avoid like the plague.
