Verification kept failing

Verification kept failing. Photo taken of my passport. Face scanned. Both times fine on phone, but failed on the website when returned.So I had to use my credit card for the purchase. £1339 value which would have been split up into 3 Klarna payments making it easier for me.Now I'll have credit card interest. 💩 The verification process is silly, I understand the need to be secure but why not have 2FA, mobile text, email, and me being a previous customer. I do not have to scan my passport to do many things which require much more security (bank purchases, credit card purchases) so I feel like Klarna is difficult in this respect.
