Klarna is good until a problem arises. I bought shoes that dont fit. After calling klarna an employee explained that the moment i purchase something klarna pays, then i have 30 days to pay klarna. Now it happend that the shoes dont fit. The seller only takes them back for a huge surcharge even though 30 days riskfree buying was claimed. As per german law the seller has to fix the issue on his costs. The company refused to exchange them or take them back and and I refuse to pay. Now klarna charges me late fees and tries to scare me with debt collectors instead trying to solve the problem with the seller. Nice klarna. Never again!
