Despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe from the newsletter of one of your customers, and after submitting multiple support tickets to report this issue, escalating the matter to the Compliance Team as well as the Customer Advocacy team, I continue to receive emails from one of your customers. This persists even after one email exchange, in which I was assured that my data would be removed from your databases. At no point have I re-subscribed to this mailing list.I am now compelled to question how this matter is being handled in compliance with the GDPR.
