5/11 Notified Rodney McMullen, CEO, of the Misnamed Customer "Service" Failure to correct their sending the Kroger branded King Soopers ad in the mail instead of sending the Appropriate Smith's ad. This is typical of Kroger's FUBAR (Fouled Up Beyond All Reason) Business Practices !
