Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous, uncaring, rude customer service. Robbed me of hundreds of pounds and because I no longer have my old email, they will not give me access to my account, despite me having every single game code I purchased. Operatives uncaring and extremely rude refusing to escalate the matter and continuously putting the phone down on me. I will never purchase from this company again. Stay clear they just take your money then treat you like garbage!

I ordered two pairs of running trainers…

I ordered two pairs of running trainers on the 2nd of September and after numerous emails with chaodian I still have not received the trainers. I have asked to cancel the order and they have now stopped replying. It is theft and I strongly recommend not to buy anything through thiscompany it is utterly appalling. I am going to pursue this untill I either get the trainers I ordered or a full refund and then apology.

Maybe there are enough white hating, Muslim extremists and child abusers who align with the BBC that would make it profitable. Hopefully it would go bust within 6 months and this broadcasting cancer could be buried and forgotten forever

I have banned the BBC from ever being watched in my home. It is biased to all that is decent, honest and British. Words do not express my absolute hatred for the BBC. Its hatred for Brexit and the President of the United States of America is 'in your face', what is the point of watching fake news? Abolish the TV license with immediate effect.

DO NOT USE VENMO!

DO NOT USE VENMO!! My account was hacked a week ago. They can't be reached by phone due to covid, and your emails get passed around like hot potato! After numerous emails and chats I was able to get my hacked account froze, but I get constant emails telling me to send a selfie with my ID they will unfreeze it? Seriously?? Most emails say someone will be in touch within 14 business days.... ??? Today I got an email saying at my request they reversed a payment?? OMG!!! I guess I need a lawyer!! I had to give one star so I could write this review, it doesn't deserve that!!!!!

The fact I write reviews and didn't…

The fact I write reviews and didn't read any on venmo is I guess just desserts. I have various apps and digital wallets to make payments easier and comfortable to people who are leary about certain payment platforms. I haven't used Venmo until today and if I would have read these reviews before then I would have saved almost two hours. To add a gift card I received on Friday seemed like a no brainer when I saw snow tires for a 100$. She used venmo so I said ok. I currently have no tires now have to do this all over again. Do I work for my apps or what? I only wish the other 3 customers that bask on the isle of 6th choice would quit trying to "ride it out".

Tripadvisor allows posts regarding deaths and personal information, yet when you report the post they do nothing at all.This is the post submitted by a Canadian 'bucundari' which gives details of a death and personal information. What if a family member is unaware of such demise and a Social Media post publicly announces this? Tripadvisor allows such publication. The post reads:"It is with great sadness, and a great sense of personal loss, that I am sharing the sad news of our good friend Kelly's passing, early Saturday morningHe passed peacefully, in his sleep, leaving behind his long term partner, Tami, his three adult children, and his three dogs.He has been a long time poster on the forum, and very well known to many of us over many years.We chatted on a daily basis, and I will miss him very much.Godspeed Kelly, my dear friend...may this be the best trip of all !Barb"

Not good enough - needs improvement

Well, the activities were great but each has issues with obtaining tickets and communication. Every time I attempted to download tickets it didn't work! Then some tickets appeared via what's app! If it wasn't for some patient people at the venues visited we would not have got to see anything. The last one being the 'la perle' show where again tickets were not sent through and this caused major stress trying to get them sorted. When you're on a break/ holiday you don't need the stress of tickets that have been paid for not being available and having to rely on venues to try and sort the problem. Trip Advisor should review their process and make sure it works. It's simply not good enough and I won't be using them again until it's improved!
