While I was shopping in the Fisher In. Store 9799. 116th st. There were several customers not wearing masks. When I asked a sales associate about it they said "yeah, we can't ask them to put it on". What?! It is a state mandate. When I called to talk to a supervisor I was on hold for quite a while and then told "oh they must be at lunch". I finally talked to a Michael, he was very polite and nice. He said that he didn't understand it either but corporate told them they can not ask anyone to put their mask on. I can't believe Kroger does not care about their employees after they have been working so hard for them. I for one will let everyone know that this is NOT the place to shop. If you are so afraid of losing customers by asking them to follow the rules then maybe you should look at the other side of the coin. Look at all the customers you will lose because you don't care about the people that do not want to get covid and want to be able to shop somewhere that cares. I would order online but have heard and seen all the horror stories of getting the wrong food etc that I don't want to waste my money. I wull take my business elsewhere and will let everyone else know also.
