I am so disappointed with how I have been treated by Booking.comThey have cancelled my cabin bag for my flight out (and refunded in 3-5 days) but not cancelled for the way back! obviously I won't need a cabin bag for the way back when they have cancelled it on the way out. I am trying to get hold of their customer service team and have been holding for over 50 minutes being told for the last 48 minutes that I am number one in the queue with an estimated wait time of 'about three seconds'!!!! absolutely farcical. And to make the holding experience even more distressing I am having to endure the most woeful and melancholy hold music. At the same time I am trying to get a response from their virtual assistant and that is pitiful as well. I won't bore you (the reader) with the responses other than to sat they are of no help at all and are just adding to my frustration and regret about using Booking.com. This is the absolute low water mark for how not to treat customers and is a clear demonstration of how if everything doesn't work as it should the customer can just fall between the cracks.

They do not honour warranty claims. I've been trying to get my broken air purifier fixed for 6 months now. It was under a 2 year guarantee. They just ignore your calls and emails. Absolutely unbelievable customer experience. I will never guy Philips again. I have driven out to their service centre 4 times now, 50 mins each way - at their request. I have requested a replacement machine and they won't respond to my request. I can see they open my emails but don't reply. I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs.

CNN Management and Executives Producer's, I am becoming more and more applaud with turning on my television and not seeing any diversity. Like this morning, 01-18-2022. I turned on my television and had to endure another white anchor given a chance over a person of color who is so so horrible. Kate who I am regarding; is so bad at interviewing guest, reading the teleprompter, and engaging her audience that it forced me to put in a review. Also, she is stumbling over her words so often that it makes me question "why am I continuing to support this station". I am now prepared to change my viewing choices especially since CNN is missing out on the outcries for more diversity. How difficult is it for management to see that they are going back to the horrible way of doing business. I feel like I am watching a NY Giants football game, and they are horrible too. Please CNN, do better or start losing an audience that I am sure you need.

Love the site it's hit or miss as to quality ot actual item being as described. You can forget trying to contact sellers in most cases that's a fail. Something I received were spot on. Some were just low quality or even previously used. Items are not what you ordered in many cases with fishing tackle. I order 18 to 31 gram lures or spoons they send me spoons that are literally 2" x 1/2 "inch in dimension. When they should have Been 5 to 7 inches long by 3/4 to 1 inches wide.. disappointing and very dissatisfied but at the prices not worth the effort to return. Just list who you buy from so you know not to use them again . Overall I like wish but they do need a place to suggest new items so they can bring in new inventory

Alas, that does not seem to be the case as time and time again, positive reviews for legitimate experiences are removed without justification.Whether this is because Tripadvisor's algorithm is flagging reviews incorrectly or they're penalizing businesses who do not pay for premium services, I cannot say. To address the first, Tripadvisor does not tell users why their review was removed, claiming that the process is "proprietary." On the second, Tripadvisor hides behind the reviews being free while conveniently ignoring the fact that businesses can indeed pay for additional services. As the process is proprietary, we cannot know whether this impacts how Tripadvisor treats reviews.

I had accidently put the 100$ gift card for getting the vaccine thru a virtual gift card all these places i called did not help at the place I went to the website I shown above but they connected me to a woman named Sophia she was amazing,and got the job done for me so now they can mail my card to my house she took her time with me she was such a sweetheart so if anyone has the same problem I went through ask for her she's patient and so nice I thank her with all my heart they only 9ne willing to really help to me thats amazing because those other people could of done it but they just were very nasty and rude and did not want to help you what so ever so I thank you again

While I was shopping in the Fisher In. Store 9799. 116th st. There were several customers not wearing masks. When I asked a sales associate about it they said "yeah, we can't ask them to put it on". What?! It is a state mandate. When I called to talk to a supervisor I was on hold for quite a while and then told "oh they must be at lunch". I finally talked to a Michael, he was very polite and nice. He said that he didn't understand it either but corporate told them they can not ask anyone to put their mask on. I can't believe Kroger does not care about their employees after they have been working so hard for them. I for one will let everyone know that this is NOT the place to shop. If you are so afraid of losing customers by asking them to follow the rules then maybe you should look at the other side of the coin. Look at all the customers you will lose because you don't care about the people that do not want to get covid and want to be able to shop somewhere that cares. I would order online but have heard and seen all the horror stories of getting the wrong food etc that I don't want to waste my money. I wull take my business elsewhere and will let everyone else know also.

They sell digital subscription but the app subscription is not included. To get the app version you need both digital and print. There is no apparent warning or info on this, they push the digital subscription deceptively. Very disappointed.

I have booked one room and the host contacted me to cancel because VRBO used to not pay him on time... He didn't wanted to deal with them anymore. I have sent the discussion between the host and me to VRBO. Try to explain several times to 3 different departments but none of them was able to provide me guarantee for a reimbursement.

Used to use TikTok regular. When the US ban happened my account vanished and said it no longer existed. Turns out it was hacked, allowed them to change my details and use my bank card. TikTok of course do not care and did not respond to any of my messages. I spoke to my bank who refunded the money they have now taken it back and said TikTok said it was me. As if it wasn’t already a joke. Do not trust the platform at all!!

Avoid. Future Cruise Credits worth over £2000 are worthless. We used them to make a new booking and were told they were issued in error. This was in April 2021. No customer service reply since then. I was told months ago to be patient and within 15 days they would investigate.
