Click list over charged me

I ordered online pick up. They charged my card when I placed the order for $128, but when I got there to pick up, they only had $97 worth of my groceries. I continued to check my bank account to see if the amount would be adjusted and it never was. I had to call customer service. The woman I talked to was very nice but I’m just annoyed that I had to call to get the amount refunded back to me. I was informed that It would take 5-10 business days to be put back in my account. I feel like that should of never happened. I would of been out $30 if I never checked my statement. Luckily I did. I don’t think I will be ordering from Kroger online again.
