This site is SCAM

This site is SCAM! Do not go there! They spam you with emails about your mentions only to upgrade to their Premium program. I upgraded and saw that the mentions are not real, and they took $99 annually instead of $8.25 per month as it was written on their website!!! I don't wanna pay an annual fee for something I hadn't tried yet! Now my money is blocked and I need those to buy a gift for my husband's anniversary! I already submitted a ticket for a refund. Come on people, we in Bulgaria have more problems than you do - we are sheltering Ukrainians, so stop bulshitting people and refund me IMMEDIATELY!

I was having great difficulty migranting the data from core to advance and i was help by Joanne R customer care technician, she was amazing and patient all the way infact it was 2.5 hour call.I would thank her from bottom of heart. After solving my issues she also made a bespoke data so that when i run my next payroll its easier. Thank you again Joanne R.

Multiple issues with online order

Placed an order that qualified for free delivery and was charged delivery. The order failed to arrive in the 5 days it guaranteed it would, instead it took 27 days. The site also told me it had arrived at my address a week prior to it arriving causing me to call customer service for a second time. I also did not receive the VIP points for my order. Do not order parts (pick a brick or bricks and pieces) off LEGO.com if you are not prepared to spend a few hours with customer support. The customer service was also not open when I called even though the site says 24/7 Monday to Friday and I called on Monday morning.

Bol.com uses other sellers and does not own their mistakes. I ordered 2 good quality pans from bol.com and instead received a pot without brand. Obviously asked for a refund. But refund process was time consuming. Bol.com tried to guide me to the seller and seller tried to make the process as painful as possible. So, bol.com does not protect its customers and leave you to the mercy of the seller.Also bol.com doesnt have customer support in English.

I ordered online pick up. They charged my card when I placed the order for $128, but when I got there to pick up, they only had $97 worth of my groceries. I continued to check my bank account to see if the amount would be adjusted and it never was. I had to call customer service. The woman I talked to was very nice but I’m just annoyed that I had to call to get the amount refunded back to me. I was informed that It would take 5-10 business days to be put back in my account. I feel like that should of never happened. I would of been out $30 if I never checked my statement. Luckily I did. I don’t think I will be ordering from Kroger online again.

kroger centerville/springdale snellville store. A contractor working on the store aprouch me and told me that I remove a tag from a cart that he was working on and that he need it back. I told him that the cart wasn't tag and since I have items already on the shopping cart i will let him get the cart back once I was finish shopping. He went and get another cart and started looking for me all over the store,. When I noticed he stop and wait for me at one of the register. Once I finish paying for the groceries he came to me and told me that I was holding his work and started following me out the store. I ask one of the store bagers to call the manager, I left my shopping cart with the bagers and when I comeback with manager to my shopping cart the guy was already took my groceries and move them to another cart.I complain to the manager and I hope that she check the camaras since the guy told her that I Iie about removing a tag and get agresive against him. I hope kroger insvetigate this and ensure that this doesn't happen to another customer. Even a contractor should be hold accountable for his actions while working on the stores

Review of cengage

Frustrating and worthless for learning

I have had to use cengage for my math textbook this semester, and it has been very frustrating. The pre-calculus textbook for some bizarre reason, only has answers for every other question, which makes it useless for learning generally unless you go and check your answer another way. The answers also just say what the answer is, and don't make an attempt to explain why or how, which is annoying. While I'm not sure if that's cengages fault or not, I do know that it is their fault that I get signed out upon leaving the page I'm on every time, and have to sign back in. It's a MATH TEXTBOOK of course I'm going to be on one page for a long time. Overall, genuinely the worst online textbook I've ever used, and has caused me hours of anger.Edit:Alright its been like 2 minutes but I went back to study using this terrible website and got immediately angry so I'm adding more. The fact that people are paying for this is insulting. What I would consider the bare minimum of being a study material, having the answers, isn't there, only having the answers every other question is a joke. I also know it wouldn't be hard to explain how something is the answer, but that doesn't matter when you can do the bare minimum and just let students spend valuable time on other websites to get an explanation. The problems are also hilariously bad for studying, and often are super complex for no reason, seemingly just to waste peoples time, which makes me angrier. As I said earlier, worst online textbook I've ever used, you should be paid to use it, not the other way around.Edit 2:I'm back the next day, angry once again at having to use this terrible textbook. This time I'm specifically angry at how terrible the problems are. Despite me doing a REVIEW, I cannot do most of the problems in the review of stuff I have already learned even with help from other websites. This is exceedingly unhelpful, as I am trying to study for my FINALS, which as I'm writing this, are TOMORROW. I could fail and lose my financial aid, all because this textbook is so wildly terrible for actually studying and learning. Every time that I try to either do the homework or study using this terrible book, I spend far longer than I should, all because it is terrible. There is no reason that the review problems are so needlessly complex compared to anything you would generally be doing in a precalculus class. All of this would be nowhere near as big of an issue if the book just explained stuff with the answers, but I guess that's just too much effort for whoever wrote it to put in. I'm convinced the person who wrote the textbook hates students at this point, they are bad at teaching math and should feel bad for putting students through this. Never use this website if you don't have to.

That's not a problem for me because I asked my employer to send it again.With that being said, the customer service is good! Its really easy to use it and receive payments.
