Seems Lego is keeping up with other businesses in the Covid blame game and lame service area. Can't seem to get anything from them. I have 3 large orders (over $100 each) and I've received maybe 1/4 of one order. All 3 orders were put in a month ago. Every time I email I get no reply. When calling I get someone assuring me my orders have been sent but no one can tell me where they are and I need to be patient. I've asked for refunds and can't get anywhere. I don't expect to get what I pay for since they are grossly overpriced to begin with but I at least expect to get what I order. Whatever happened to customer service? A dying art I guess.
