Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted. First, make sure before you sign up that you pick the correct subscription because they will not allow to change it. Very unfair.Next, their metrics used for emailing are way to harsh I have a less than 1 percent unsubscribe rate and they have shut me down but continue to bill me. They ask for my business information that is confidential in order to change the situation. As far as I can tell they are based in Poland and their customer service is very poor.

Seems Lego is keeping up with other businesses in the Covid blame game and lame service area. Can't seem to get anything from them. I have 3 large orders (over $100 each) and I've received maybe 1/4 of one order. All 3 orders were put in a month ago. Every time I email I get no reply. When calling I get someone assuring me my orders have been sent but no one can tell me where they are and I need to be patient. I've asked for refunds and can't get anywhere. I don't expect to get what I pay for since they are grossly overpriced to begin with but I at least expect to get what I order. Whatever happened to customer service? A dying art I guess.

They also said I will receive an e-mail when the company is sending the furniture. I received the e-mail saying that they will contact me. I still haven’t received any news at all. Great space to learn languages and meet people from all around the world. You choose the tutor that's suits you most and just trust the process. The customer service is really helpful and efficient, I don't use it a lot as the learning journey is really fluid and stress free but if I have any problem they are always there to solve all the problems.

The worst creditor ever! Get loan from any other creditor, but not them. If you need a customer support, forget about it. They WILL NOT HELP YOU! They keep transferring you from one customer service representative to another, putting you on hold for prolonged time, but still you will get no solution to your issue.
