Absolutely amazing experience with Lego. I ordered a Birthday present which arrived 3/4 days later as expected. The boxes were damaged & in no state to gift, I believe due to the delivery company not Lego! I contacted Lego via Twitter & they immediately replaced the items at no extra cost & told me to keep the originals. Now that is Great Customer Service!
