I had a really good experience with Lego Canada customer service.A big Duplo set ordered online was deemed delivered by FedEx, but I did not sign for it or anything. Called FedEx, they said their driver confirmed delivery and it was signed for.Called Lego to tell them about my issue, spoke to Susan, they promptly shipped me another package, this time to a different address, and I received it within 3 days.Hope someone enjoys the Duplo package that went missing.
