Placed an order that qualified for free delivery and was charged delivery. The order failed to arrive in the 5 days it guaranteed it would, instead it took 27 days. The site also told me it had arrived at my address a week prior to it arriving causing me to call customer service for a second time. I also did not receive the VIP points for my order. Do not order parts (pick a brick or bricks and pieces) off LEGO.com if you are not prepared to spend a few hours with customer support. The customer service was also not open when I called even though the site says 24/7 Monday to Friday and I called on Monday morning.
