If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a phone on 27th Feb. UPS emailed saying it would be delivered on 5th March, then 6th March. I contacted Lenovo and said that the phone had been returned to them after a problem at customs. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and spent the next weeks trying to find out when it would be delivered. People always apologised for the delay, but were never able to say when it would arrive, said I could get a reduction when it did arrive. On 18th March I asked how I could escalate the query - at which point they cancelled the order and returned the money. I ordered the same model phone from Argos and collected it the next day. Shop local.
