I bought a laptop from them which had hardware issues, i then tried to send it back but ran in to a list of preblems:The form on the website was broken so i couldn't use that (just got an error saying "something went wrong, try again")I send a email to customer service just to get a email back 3 days later saying they couldn't help me and i needed to call technical support.I called technical support and they were not available.it's now almost at the point i can't send it back anymore because i'm going over the 2 week limit because of their terrible and slow responses so i tried something else:i went to their website and tried the last way i supposedly could send back the laptop for which i needed to make a account but no matter what password i tried (randomly generated from password manager) it still said the password didn't meet the minimum requirements even though it definitely didover all this is the worst customer service i've EVER seen, unless you like talking to walls and not getting your money back when you run in to issues with their hardware which you probably will, don't ever buy something from this website
