Poor Customer Service and False Refund Claims! I ordered a Ideapad 3i on Lenovo.com for my son's home schooling, great delivery service, arrived the next day but the screen had stopped working in less than 24 hours. That was on the 15th January, I am still waiting for TNT to contact me in order to arrange collection of the laptop and receive my refund, I would have been quite happy with a replacement but the returns process is so long winded that they are now out of stock - took 3 emails to confirm that! I have repeatedly corresponded with DigitalRiver customer service but have made absolutely no progress as they apparently are waiting for the 'Ticket' to be answered by Lenovo itself. Completely unreliable service and not adhering to their published 14 day refund policy. Wish I had read these reviews, now worried I won't get a refund.UPDATE: TNT have now collected the laptop but Lenovo .com/Digital River are still replying to my chasing emails to action my refund by saying that the relevant department is looking into it. My son returns to online learning on Monday, with half term over, and we will have to share my work laptop or use a smart phone as Lenovo.com will not do the honorable thing and refund my money so I can purchase my son a much needed laptop. So disappointed by this abysmal service from a well known brand.
