My review is about my experience from when I was a kid to present day; and what Walt Disney World has come to be. I am a Florida resident and annual pass holder. Walt Disney imagined this great place for everyone to enjoy and afford. That was his dream. I would bet he is turning over in is grave on how his dream as become with current management. Yes there are Disney Worlds across the world which would make Walt happy to see his creation of Disneyland grew to what it it is today. However, with the current CEO, I truly believe he she’s dollar signs and greed over the ultimate goal the Magic Experience. I have been to Disney in California and Florida since the 80’s. Back then the experience was amazing g from cast members to gifts to the food. Today the higher prices the smaller portion the parks being very dirty and the magic in my opinion has dwindled away because of money and greed. Bob Chapek just sees dollar signs. He is not focusing on the magical experience but how much revenue he can create. The Genie+ is another racket and is nit Magical. His salary doubled over the pandemic with Bob Ofer’s too. They laid off furloughed so many employees during the pandemic but still took a salary. Meanwhile they are short staffed and not everything is open or up to 100%. This is a shame. So where did the magic go straight into Bob Chapel’s bank account. Being that I am an annual pass holder and have the top tier pass the perks are gone. They use to be so much better and lucrative. Now we just have the basic. At least with universal if you get the top tier pass line I have you get premium parking and get discounts for everything not at Disney. It is apparent that a normal family can’t afford a family trip to Disney due to Bob Chapek’s greed. It is truly a shame that either you have to save for a few years or make 6 figures to enjoy the magic which is not there. I hope that the board of directors read our post listen to the customers and bring back the Magic that Walt Disney created for everyone to enjoy.

I had fiber for over a year, sales rep talked me into bundling phone for a discount and agreeing has been a huge regret. Received new phone and tried to activate on my own. When not capable called customer service and had them activate. After phones have been activated I saw a huge difference on a price than what sales rep. Talked earlier. I called customer service again and asked, Was told they couldn’t help me since a home rep sold me phones. sales rep would not talk to me, never answers the phone barely replies the text with no reliable answer even with begging and pleading for help, I visited a store, they told me the same as they could not help because they don’t know how the sales rep was able to manage to give me that price. I will call corporate office and see what solution I will be given but definitely will go out of this service even the fiber I had over a year. They may say can’t help because you trusted somebody we selected to fraud innocent people going around knocking the doors so we can make some money which we couldn’t by regular business. Nothing for the pain sweat and LITERAL TEARS of this terrible move.
Review of Figma
We have had a figma account for since April of 2021. I paid for 2 seats annually. This is a good software, but the way the billing works can lead to you spending thousands of dollars more than you should have. My team uses figma for mock ups for clients and internal projects. Only one employee makes edits and the rest just view the end product. It appears that as my employee has shared projects with people outside of our organization figma is making them full members and charging for a seat. This went on for 14 months before my CPA brought to my attention the high fees we were paying. I am the owner on the account while my employee was just a member the system never thought to ask approval to start charging more for more seats. I get thousands of emails a week so until it was pointed out to me I missed where I was being overcharged. I understand the responsibility is also on the account holder but when you pay the bills for systems you don't use personally things tend to blend together. This company should do a much better job ensuring account owners are being notified and honestly should approve a seat they will be charged for. I have paid over $2000 more than I should have over the past 3 years. The company refunded me a measly $200, which in not good enough for me not to warn others that they need to be careful before they are ripped off.

I use to love Spotify, however, it has now became less customer friendly. When first downloading the app in the free version, I was able to select any song and have it played, however, I was limited to how often I skipped and selected before being hit with ads. I canceled my subscription and have recently came back, and have the free version infuriating. They have designed it so that you can not play any song you specifically search. You are only given a playlist that 9 times out of 10 doesn't contain the song at all. After listening to 2 songs within the unwanted playlist, your riddled with ads. This method ultimately is to try and force the customer to pay for the premium version for $11.99. I wish they would have kept it as before like any other streaming app does. I am able to hear/see the searched/desired content however there is a limit to how many before ads are introduced. Youtube would never.

Ordered for next day delivery, 2 items, both being delivered by Evri (who amazon appear to use now) one delivered the other not even been picked up, as I needed both today, I’ve had to drive 20 miles to fetch another.If I pay for next day, I expect next day, not 3 days later.Absolute rubbish, time to cancel Amazon Prime Membership and buy from elsewhere.

VRBO has shockingly bad customer service. When we arrived at our destination- with confirmation of the reservation- we contacted the owner as we had not gotten arrival info. The owner told us he had taken down his VRBO account and removed his property from the site months ago. (!)When we called VRBO for help they gave us the run around and left us waiting for 6hrs. Before putting us into a 2nd rate hotel for 2 days. They said they would get us another apartment which they did not (this after at least 30 conversations and 20 emails). Then they left us Literally on the street with suitcases and no where to stay. They told us to find our own place and they would “reimburse us”. Clearly- we did not trust that they would reimburse us as they never offered to do so with the $1,000 we had already given them. So - VRBO does NOT have your back when a rental reservation falls through. I amWriting this standing on the street with my suitcases around me and with no where to go. I am still waiting for a solution that does mean shelling out more $ or staying in a bad hotel. I will never use them again - and I will write this bad review on every site I can find to do so. Customer support is HORRIBLE or maybe a better term is NON-EXISTENT. If you select "Contact Us" you get an automated email telling you to look at the articles! I've waited a week to get another automated response telling me they understand I have an outstanding support ticket. I'm on a deadline and ended up going to Google Sheets!
Review of salesforce
Our company has switched over to Salesforce. It may be good for pulling data from takes and building reports, but for every day use, its horrible. The lack of functions like select accept on a job that requires 4 steps.. click the small edit button, the fields then randomly drop down two rows, clic on the drop diown box, slect new state, sect save, then do it all over again - don;t use this for any IT tracking or job management tools. Every job that gets posted it will send you 3 notifications for every single action. Worse system I have seen for a management system.
