Do not use Lenovo online store

I first ordered a laptop in November that was due to be delivered in 1-3 days - seven days later they contacted me to tell me my order had been cancelled as they didn't have the laptop in stock after all. I ordered another laptop and got shipping confirmation and they stated max 1-3 days delay. Now 13 days later they have finally confirmed that the laptop was checked out, but never given to the delivery company. They cannot re-issue or cancel the order until their warehouse locates the laptop, which has now taken nine days and still nothing. They cannot guarantee when I would get the laptop. If they found it they said it would take up to 14 days to re-issue the order. They are also saying I cannot cancel the order until the warehouse locates the laptop (I first notified them of the delay nine days ago). This is a child's Christmas present and I need to purchase another laptop as they cannot give me any guarantees. I am worried when will I get my money back. I should not be punished for a mistake that they made.
