I ordered the new xbox console from this company. After a week, I got an email which said that my order would be delayed for up to 30 days because of the holiday rush. I was a little upset about that because this was a Christmas gift for my son and he wouldn't be receiving it on Christmas day. A week after that, I got an email that said my order had been canceled! Un be freakin leavable! Words cannot describe how pissed off I am! This is messed up on so many different levels. It's 2 weeks before christmas! What kind of company is this?? I couldve ordered this console from another store. Now it's sold out everywhere.
