OMG lenovo is worst company I had to deal with. I bought an ideapad laptop and started having sound problem in 2 month. Contacted lenovo tech suppprt and had my laptop sent to repair station in Texas twice and onsite repair once without a fix. Customer service has been lying about escalating the problem to higher ups with no phone call reply nor email reply to me. Lenovo makes sure you give up trying to get your computer repaired or replaced by ignoring and evading your request. I have filed a complaint to Dept of Consumer Affairs for lenovo's circumvention. I hope the consumers don't trust lenovo reviews because thoae reviews are fake.
