I have no issue with Lenovo - YET - but with their choice of delivering with UPS and what has happened on 3 occasions.I purchase expensive (orders over $1000.00) products from LENOVO and hence ALWAYS request a phonecall and ID check on delivery.ON EVERY OCCASION the INCOMPETENT UPS driver /// who either does not know how to read instructions or has not been trained to do his job well or just a case of an overworked employee by yet another greedy corporate business/// leaves the package with just anyone who answers the door - NO PHONE CALL - NO ID CHECK ....Again - these are packages costing over $1000 worth of product - need I say more.
