Shocking service

Shocking service. Ordered a monitor. Received a confirmation. Said delivery would be 1 week later. Went to check the tracking on the day of delivery and it said cancelled. Now the price of the monitor has increased by £120. A staff member has been without a monitor for a week and now I have to order from elsewhere. Spoke to customer service who didn't seem to understand basic English so couldn't help me.Got a call back from complaints department and they refused to honour the original price and expect me to reorder for the increased price. Ive bought quite a bit of equipment from LG but they have now lost a customer. I would not recommend
