Zero Stars.... had contact with five LG people concerning 3 month old sound bar that stopped working. All either did not have a clue, sent me on goose chase back to the retailer, or, finally, promised action on warranty but did not deliver on the promise.. either a grossly incompetent service organization or intentionally defrauding customers on warranty claims.
