I purchased a LG microwave 6 months…

I purchased a LG microwave 6 months ago. turntable motor stopped working and the microwave melted a hole through the glass turntable dish. it also burnt the inside of the microwave. LG sent a repair service out. After looking at the microwave LG and the repair service decided it was unrepairable. LG stated they would replace the microwave. I called LG a week later for an update on the replacement. LG stated they never received any information from their repair service and would not replace the unit. The repair service did a conference call from my house. Its been over a month an LG has not replace the microwave and I've talked to 6 different representative's. This is not a trustworthy company.
