I'm Richard Hens of 201- 6381 Dunn Street, Niagara Falls,ON L2G 2P6.My refrigerator is Model No. LFC23760ST/04 Serial No.211MRKUOT477.The door holding device of the left door is broken.The fixed plastic boss housing a screw at the upper swivel point has broken off and the screw itself has sheared at its fixed plastic housing below. As a result, the door tends to open on its own unless wedged.I contacted LG last April to request a replacement assembly, plus a spare, for the left-hand door. I also asked for a right-hand assembly as a spare for the right hand door. LG staff were most courteous and promised delivery of the replacementparts within 3 or 4 days. Unfortunately, nothing was received after two or more weeks. In a follow-up call I was informed that there had been an internal staff error and that the "situation would be corrected". More time passed and I called your supply company who informed that they do not handle such enquiry. Another call to LG went unanswered.Almost twelve weeks have passed since my initial contact with LG and I now ask for your attention to the matter and quicker service.
