Review of brevo
Recently, I encountered a billing issue with Brevo. To my surprise, their support team was prompt and efficient in addressing my concern. I am more than willing to pay for Brevo's services, not just because of their fast response, but also because of the top-notch and valuable services they offer. I highly recommend Brevo to anyone in need of their services.

Generally a totally biased and in many cases untruths. It is now no more than a mouthpiece for the Labour party and minor ethnic minorities and the EU. And I believe uses corruption to maintain possition and keep all its key staff. Completely against the Conservatives and Brexit. The BBC decides which biased news and current affairs it puts out leaving many to relly on such as Facebook etc to get the important world news and reviews, which should be accurately reported at all times. The BBC's become so unacceptably powerful that it is time that their self claimed popularity should be tested by getting rid of the licence fee and see what happens when they have to compete with others on subscription and advertising revenues. The BBC relies heavily on repeat programmes and I await Christmas when we will be treated yet again with many of the same programmes and film shown ad nauseum each year.

Review of adidas
It is true that Adidas is a global company that manufactures sports shoes for running, walking, and fitness, and the same applies to clothing, but I call on it and the rest of the customers to choose stores that deal with credibility, especially when purchasing from the Internet, because that will tarnish the reputation of the company and the reputation of the store, so I will not buy online again. Because when you use the return label provided by Adidas. Received tracked shipping and confirmed package at Adidas warehouse. But the return was never processed nor my money refunded. I lost more than $200. He considered it a theft from the company for the customers who made the purchase.
Review of scoop
I proposed Scoop it to my daughter because I thought it was a useful tool to gather and curate articles (I use it as a reader). I logged in into her account today to help her to solve some issues and was greatly disappointed. The "free offer" looks like a fraud. When you curate content under the "free offer" you get an popup that offer you pay options without any possibility to get rid of it. When you use the chat tool and click on the "free offer" button, it will propose the paying options ! Not user-friendly at all. Deleting a topic is quite an issue (certainly to make you pay : that's what we have finally done).

Review of BBC
Isn't it appalling that the bbc are still ripping off households. The TV licence is paid by the parents & owners of properties not by all individuals. If they need revenue it should be made from advertising, they have too many stations, radio & tv. This is just another 'TAX' by stealth. If revenue has to be paid the it should come out of public purse. As all people in employment would be contributing. Not to mention the daylight robbery of the elderly most of who live on their own. BBC it's about time to cut your number of employees and wage bill.

Review of Spotify
Made a premium account with a Facebook profile that got deleted and the customer support was able to help me get it cancelled and closed and on top of that was able to transfer my playlists and albums over to my other account which I didn't even think I'd be able to do before I got in touch. Super helpful and really friendly.
Review of parallels
Parallels is the best Windows emulation for the Mac. My new M1-based MacBook AIR required a new version of Parallels and an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (preview). Things are working perfectly. I'm still not 100% clear on Confluence or Transparency modes, but as a Windows-on-a-Mac solution, Parallels has never let me down.

Review of coursera
A very good platform for online learning. I did two different videogames courses on it - the teaching material was very good, and so was the speaker.I liked the fact that I had to do some homework each week, and that it was graded by peers, even though that system isn't perfect - some peers gave some insightful, constructive feedback on my work, others clearly just didn't put much time or energy into it and gave some generic feedback that wasn't especially helpful. I also liked the fact that many sessions are available and you can just switch sessions when you're getting behind on the session you are in - really good flexibility. The UI is intuitive and clear, pleasant to use.I would recommend this platform and wouldn't hesitate to enroll in more courses on it in future.
