While the solution was eventually fixed, the communication via email surprised me. I was emailed on the weekends, saying if we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we will consider the issue resolved. I try to be very present with my family on the weekends so I was just surprised to receive that as a response. Other than that, we've been pleased with the service from Linktree.
