Bought a product almost 2 years ago with 2 year warranty and about 6 months ago it went wrong and did not work as it was meant too. After being sent round Logitech’s useless support system. Being approved for a replacement then saying there was something wrong. Then being told to go back to the retailer. Finally a month after I thought it was all over and getting no more emails from them, I got a reply saying they shipped my replacement product. It arrived quickly and now all is ok.
