This service should be adopted by all companies providing feedback / support and communication in general. Their free plan allows up to 100 recordings, you can archive off those videos you don't actively need, increasing your recording allowance. Paid plans allow unlimited recordings & add a slew of additional useful features for just £10 p/m. They have a great roadmap of upcoming features and welcome suggested improvements. We're all using computers in some form these days and this service really helps communication.
