Been a long time customer, but waiting 20 minutes and still no help even after being called for help over intercom is ridiculous. Even asked a worker passing by for help and reply, " I will call someone for you" No thanks I have already wasted 20 minutes waiting. Will be closing out account and start shopping at Home Depot
