I requested for a ride and it delayed from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. My phone battery went off and couldn't communicate with the driver again. He didn't show up and I had to get a bus to get to where I was going. Only to charge my phone later and found the driver had charged the trip like he had picked me and dropped me to my destination. Which is a big lie! I tried to go through their app to report it, but it's very fake and used to say my ride is complete there is nothing wrong with it. Later I got InTouch with the customer care but they are the worst of the rotten tomatoes 😔, wueh!!!! They can't think between their ears. I wish I had checked the reviews before using that app. Very poor services!!!!
