I tried to get a bike rental, only the bike dock never unlocked even though it said ‘unlocked’ on the app. I couldn’t get the bike, I couldn’t cancel my ride, I couldn’t contact customer support. (It’s notoriously absent on the app). The next day they charged me $112 for the ride. The ride distance was 0. I managed to contact them and they confirmed that it was a docking issue. Then the ghosted me by saying some ‘experts’ would contact me when I asked about the refund. I have a screenshot of the ride to prove it.
