I don't know where I should begin.... From the constant racial profiling and constant disrespect to the nasty unruly passagers to getting my drivers account deactivated TWICE only to be told that I am allowed to use them for REGULAR RIDES ONLY!?! I wouldn't dare ride with Lyft again if they were the LAST RIDESHARE company on the PLANET! Not to mention the extensive WEAR AND TEAR done to my vehicle for crappy pay! The drunk and filthy passagers that would come in and out of MY CAR with entitled ATTITUDES as if they pay my car note and insurance EVERY DARN MONTH! Don't tell me what to do IN MY VEHICLE! ENJOY THE $5 RIDE AND GET OUT! I've been lied on several times by WYT passagers saying they felt unsafe or that I was allegedly speeding and yelling WITH NO PROOF. LYFTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRACTICALLY NON-EXISTENT. You can only reach them by email or TEXTING THROUGH THEIR CRAPPY APP. If a rider felt SO UNSAFE THEY CAN CALL 911!!! I AM GLAD LYFT DID ME AND MY VEHICLE A FAVOR BY DEACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT. I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!
