Review of emirates
I’ve been trying to get a refund for four months after an inflight complaint over extra legroom seats which actually weren’t. I’ve spoken three times to customer services and they even walked me through the process and gave me a reference to use. Each time it comes back with a different name and says to reapply even though Emerates are giving me the data. Further to that the customer services team put me on hold and I could hear the lady on the call swearing. Absolutely disgusting service.
Review of booking
I have used Booking.com numerous times previously but my last 2 bookings with them have been a nightmare. Whilst in Canada the hotel informed me that Booking.com had failed to pay for the room that we stayed in. Their customer service is terrible, I sent them 2 emails which they ignored so after 2 1/2 days I had to ring them after initially being fobbed off with the usual AI chat. The next booking I made I was overcharged by Booking.com on my credit card. Luckily I had taken a screen shot on their payment screen. I emailed customer services which was ignored again. When I finally got through to customer services they tried to fob me off with the extra charges being due to VAT. The screen shot clearly show "Full amount including all taxes & charges" but when you hit the pay button they added on another £15.75. Speaking to customer services is like pulling teeth. Whilst on the phone I sent her a screen shot from their payment screen clearly showing that I had been over charged. After waiting on the telephone for nearly an hour customer services then hung up on me.

I went to get a wireless plan in person and they told me that since I was bringing my own phone and turning autopay on I would get $20/month discount on my plan that was supposed to be $80/month. I was supposed to pay $60/month. Since the beginning they always charged me $80/month and I would need to talk to the customer service to get $20 credit to actually pay $60/month. After 2-3 months they claimed I was not entitled to pay $60. They stopped giving me the credits and they started overcharging me every month. One time they charged me $200 for ONE MONTH and the time after $130/month. No changes were made to my plan nor my plan became more expensive. Now I'm with MintMobile. Service is great and I never pay more that what I'm supposed to.

Our reviews don’t seem to matter but hear goes. It is a nightmare calling customer support. You can barely understand anything the customer service clerk is saying and on top of that nothing is never really settled. I moved and wanted my service stop at one address and started at my new one. It’s bad enough I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment for someone to come out and hook up my internet. Each time I checked they still had my old address as the service address.

I absolutely loved this concert!! Best I have ever seen..but venue at tinley park was a complete nightmare!! Couldn't get uber to pick us up at without having to walk to street many blocks away because they were not letting anyone In because of such congestion..took hour and half or longer to finally find one to take us 8 miles to our motel.Will never go to to Hollywood casino amphitheater again..then some wanted to charge astronomical fees!!

I don't know where I should begin.... From the constant racial profiling and constant disrespect to the nasty unruly passagers to getting my drivers account deactivated TWICE only to be told that I am allowed to use them for REGULAR RIDES ONLY!?! I wouldn't dare ride with Lyft again if they were the LAST RIDESHARE company on the PLANET! Not to mention the extensive WEAR AND TEAR done to my vehicle for crappy pay! The drunk and filthy passagers that would come in and out of MY CAR with entitled ATTITUDES as if they pay my car note and insurance EVERY DARN MONTH! Don't tell me what to do IN MY VEHICLE! ENJOY THE $5 RIDE AND GET OUT! I've been lied on several times by WYT passagers saying they felt unsafe or that I was allegedly speeding and yelling WITH NO PROOF. LYFTS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRACTICALLY NON-EXISTENT. You can only reach them by email or TEXTING THROUGH THEIR CRAPPY APP. If a rider felt SO UNSAFE THEY CAN CALL 911!!! I AM GLAD LYFT DID ME AND MY VEHICLE A FAVOR BY DEACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT. I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!

THE worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Chat team end the chat before even checking if they've answered the question or helped you out...and I mean all of them.Phone number options all end in being cut off without getting to speak to anyone. ABYSMAL service. Truly shocking.
