November 8th I ordered a Lyft and was deducted 3 times different charges!!!!I tried to request for refund and only one amount was refunded.Today I ordered Lyft it showed it gonna be there in 1-2 mins then it changed till 12-18mins I had to cancel it and use the bus which I thought would take longer than Lyft yet it turned off to be there other way round.I need my refund and I delete the app ASAP.I wonder why every time I order for one it deducts me double and I have to follow up for refund! Why????
