I wish I could rate this a zero. First time using this service. Driver was driving all around not listening to my direction as he said he didn’t know where he was going. Driver made me pay $20 cash after the account was charged. Sent a msg to customer service only to be told, no driver should ask for cash. It’s against their policy but there is nothing they can do as the cash was not taken in the app.
