Without doubt this is a very popular social media platform but the developers and Customer Support options is a shambles. There are so many fraudulent accounts on Facebook. You report them and Facebook does nothing to remove them. Also Facebook only cares about making money and doesn't care anything about its users. This has been made blatantly obvious by news reporters and has caused people to commit suicide because of social media bullying. To be honest I don't think Facebook deserves the one star that I've given it yet it is a dominating social media platform in the world today.
