I went shopping for a lotion and left the store even happier than when I arrived. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joanette, an Associate in the perfume section at Macys. She definitely went far and beyond to try and help me get a product that was disconnected but I got something just as good in Burberry. Professional and great personality.
