I placed an order on 10/26/203 for merchandise and When I received the order, it was not correct. I called Macys and they opened a claim and stated that I have no recall. They will not send me the correct items and will not take the wrong items off my bill. By the way I have been with Macys for over 25 years and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. The call center Agent/Supervisor was super rude
