I bought a mechanical watch from Macy's((Automatic Townsman Amber Leather Strap Watch 48mm )). They weren't able to find my apartment after two weeks!! and then they sent the watch back all over to the sender in Texas after another week!!!. After asking for a refund they told me to wait for 3-5 days ,then for another week more and now they tell me they can give my money back after 15 days. The watch is not on sale anymore. (It was $140 on sale now is $250)Shame on you! What kind of business is that?!You keep people 's money just like that even if there is proof they don't have the items.
