I had a problem with my online order and it took hours :between the bot, and many calls however I reached a very nice lady who was able to work with me to get the clearance jewelry piece.It took about 2 hours of runaround but this product is very pretty and should be worth it. I am glad she made it right, I don't think it was easy on her end either.
