Customer service non-existent. So, I placed an order last week, (for which I earned $10 in "Macy's Money" ) yesterday I received my packages...one order 3 packages. One of the packages should have contained 2 mens shirts, instead I received 2 ugly Christmas sweaters that I didn't order. I called the cust svc line, which btw, I had to google to find, I explained the situation to someone, he asked if I would like a refund or a reship. I said reship, and he tells me that it will take 7 days for the order to be "investigated", then 2 more days to ship. Of course I say that I need this for Christmas, and ask if it would be easier to refund and then order the items again since I was already placing another order. He said yes, that would be easier. So he processed the refund for the price of the two shirts, and asked that I return the sweaters (which legally, I am not obligated to do, but said that I would) Fine. Today, I get an email telling me that I will receive my refund, minus the $10 "Macy's money" which I have now forfeited. What?? So I call back today, ask for a supervisor, (which apparently they don't have) only to be told that the only way I'm getting that $10 back is on a gift card. Really?? Why would I want a gift card after you treated me like this? YOU screwed up my order. (Two phone calls, totalling more than 30 minutes on the phone with these morons.) Why am I the one that is being punished for it? Seriously? Apparently Amazon is still the only company that understands what customer service is supposed to be. Good luck getting your ugly sweaters back.
