I normally dont have problems with Macys but this last on line order has me pulling my hair out. I place order, partial order shipped, I get e-mail saying my order was cancelled. I call customer service who confirmed my order was cancelled so I re-order. Now items from the 1st order are shipping and items from 2nd order were cancelled because they were discontinued. Nobody at customer service knows whats going on - NEVER AGAIN
