Items never sent

Placed an order on November 29th, by December 10th items still had not been shipped. Called to order a replacement shipment, and was provided an invalid tracking numbers 3 days later when I was told on the day I called customer Service that I would receive the item in two days. Now I have no way to track the "replacement" shipment. Extreme hassle!!!
