Review of typeform
I wanted to create a job application form for my company which was more engaging that the usual options and stumbled across typeform. The "feel" of the end-result is modern, engaging, and extremely user-friendly. The templates allow you to build a conversational format which just feels unique compared to other options, and creates a very cool first impression. The ability to route email responses in real time is extremely helpful, and the format the email comes in is very clean, which allows me to very quickly review data and forward along. It's essentially built a workflow in itself and definitely made my life a lot easier in the talent acquisition side of things. I've dabbled a bit with using it as a survey and other tools and I think the opportunities are limitless. Really a great tool and well worth the cost to me and my organization. I'm a fan of survey monkey as well, but if I had to chose one, I feel typeform would be best suited to handle all of my needs.

bad warranty servicebought an A53 10 months later started getting issues with it sent it for repairs they couldn't diagnose the fault as the fault doesn't happen all the time but does, they refused to replace the handset and honor the warranty they are very difficult to deal with don't go anywhere near a Samsung phone as their warranty service is none existing
Review of samsung
Purchased a Samsung A54 5G, bought a screen protector and otterbox for protection, on day 2, slid off night stand, fell 20", and the screen cracked. Had a CAT Brand cell phone for over 4yrs, had a screen protector and never had any cracks or anything. 2nd Samsung phone I've had, and it's screen shattered within 2 weeks of purchase. Stay away from this garbage. My phone provider said that there's basically nothing I can do except send it back, and they would have it for an undetermined amount of time. And would it break Samsung to add a charger or even a cable for charging..

Review of smallpdf
STAY AWAY from SmallPDF. They start out as a company with good customer service in terms of response time and effort but quickly become one of those predatory companies that will refuse a refund when their program is documented by the customer to be malfunctioning one month into a $108 Annual subscription, and after having to sign up again for a monthly membership under a different email just to complete a project by piecing it together in multiple PDFs because they had 'canceled' my other account, and also asked that I videotape the malfunction and send it to them. If this sounds messy and convoluted it is, so I recommend finding an alternative software you can buy outright or an alternate online converting and editing service. Otherwise, you'll always be at risk of costly, time consuming dissatisfaction and a painful breakup with this 'service'.

I’m very happy with my Kobo Clara BW and don’t know why I was so skeptical about ereaders. I can’t put it down and have finished so many books! Very easy to use and I love that I can easily check out books from my library using the Overdrive feature. I live in the US and don’t want anything to do with Amazon, and I had an amazing experience with Kobo’s customer service and am very happy with my purchase. I was a bit nervous with how shipping would be, but it arrived within a week. I’m very happy with my purchase and am very appreciative. Thank you Kobo 🇨🇦📚

If your thinking of a membership at one of the 3 clubs, yoiu may want to think twice about Costco, their customer service sucks! My membership expired 3 days, unknown to me, and i just sat in line for 30 minutes to get gas, only to learn that its expired and their terrible system didnt just allow me to renew at the pump, pr just ask on screen if i dont mind being charged for renewal, something, but anything beats that terrible system! The store is packed, as always, and there is a line of 20 people for the membership desk, which has people standing in the sun because their system sucks. Im not about to stand in line and sweat my butt off just to renew the membership, just to get gas. They have nothing on their website that allows people to renew, they have NO customer service help that allows members to renew, just an automated system on their live chat. I have always said, if you want to know how good a business runs, wait until you run into an issue and see how the busines handles it! They made it very easy for me to decide to stay with Sams and leave Costco now! They suck! At least at Sams cliub, because i have both, if your membership expired at register OR pumps you get the option to renew, OR if you choose no their system STILL lets you complete transaction, but advises to renew next chance you get. Costco like a bunch of tyrants that give NO grace period like getting a traffic ticket. i dont know cops that would write a ticket for 3 days expired!!! What a terrible company!
