This would be negative stars if possible.I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with Macys.com. Macy’s was my go to store for over 40 years but in recent years their online order department and fulfillment departments have screwed up countless orders to include charging me for product I did not receive, sending me the wrong items, mailing to the wrong address and billing me for product they did not have in stock.
