My Hope For Macy's, is they go out of Business. Representatives are Very Very Very NASTY. Without the Customers, there is no MACY'S. Never again will I step into a MACY'S. I should have listened to friends and family, they stopped shopping MACY'S, a very long time ago. Everything I WAS , purchasing at MACY'S, can be and will be done at Nordstroms. Customer service there is excellent. Hopefully MACY'S CLOSES, AND SOON. MAYBE TRY CHAPTER 11, Rude people !
