Worst Customer Service and Disrespectful

Been Macy’s customer for year and they have the WORST customer service and very disrespectful. I was charged late fees because I did not receive the statement in mail due to Covid and online banking statement did not work since their system does not work properly. The customer service told me to go to my post office and see what I’m not receiving the statements in email. This is a joke.
